Swaran Padda has lived in Southall since 1988 and has served as a councillor for Lady Margaret ward since 2010. He arrived to England in 1968 and joined TfL as a bus driver in 1988, before retiring from London United in 2014.
He has a strong track record as a councillor and is particularly proud of his contribution to improving Spikesbridge Park. He is also particularly passionate about resolving issues such as fly-tipping and rubbish in the community, and actively helps keep Lady Margaret clean by engaging in regular litter picking sessions alongside local residents.
