Yvonne Johnson is the longest continuously serving Labour Councillor in the borough, having moved to Acton in the 1980s. During her time on the Council, Yvonne has worked across a number of different portfolios, including education, finance, adult’s services and leisure services. She has also served on a number of Governing Boards and is currently Chair of Berrymede Infant and Nursery School. She is also an original member of Acton homeless concern and in touch with the voluntary sector locally. She is also a trustee of Gunnersbury Park.
