Gareth has been living just off Northfield Avenue for over a decade, along with his wife and daughter. You have
probably walked past him on numerous occasions either doing the school run or on the way to or from work or
in Lammas and Walpole parks.
He is the Chief Whip of the Labour Group of Councillors, working closely with the Leader of the Council and
Cabinet Members to ensure that all Councillors and residents’ voices are not only heard but listened to. He strongly
believes that the Council should be open, honest and accountable to the residents that it serves.
